We want every member to feel that the Labora Collective is worth what they're paying for it. If the work isn't serving you, we'd rather refund you than keep your money.
The short version
- Free tier (Diosa Circle): nothing to refund — it's free.
- Paid tiers (Essentials, Insiders, Luminaries): cancel anytime through your account. We refund unused months on a prorated basis within 30 days of your most recent charge.
- Annual subscriptions: refundable on a prorated basis within 30 days of the charge.
- One-time purchases (books, special reports, packs): refundable within 14 days if you have not downloaded or accessed substantial content from the product.
- Founding Luminary status (when gifted): no charge to refund.
How to cancel
You can cancel your membership anytime through your account settings on the member portal. Once cancelled, you keep access to paid-tier content through the end of your current billing period.
How to request a refund
- Email members@laboracollective.com from the address on your account, with the subject "Refund request."
- Include the date of your most recent charge and the reason if you're comfortable sharing — feedback helps us make the work better.
- We process refunds within 5 business days. Stripe typically returns the funds to your card within 5–10 business days after that.
What we don't refund
- Charges older than 30 days. After the 30-day window, cancellation prevents future charges but past charges are not refunded.
- Substantially-used content. If you've already downloaded a Pack, watched a recorded session in its entirety, or otherwise consumed the deliverable, that purchase is not refundable.
- Donations or pay-it-forward contributions.
Special cases
If your situation doesn't fit the policy above — financial hardship, accidental double charge, technical problem that prevented access — write us anyway at members@laboracollective.com. We'll work with you.
Charges appear on your statement as DIOSA ARA or LABORA COLLECTIVE. If you see a charge you don't recognize, please email us before disputing — we can almost always resolve it in a day.
